Delivery times and charges

  •  Home delivery in France : Home delivery in France is always offered via colissimo.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 72 hours of your order (excluding December, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). During busy periods, the preparation of the order may take longer than 72 hours.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched and you will receive the tracking number of your order so that you can be kept informed of the correct delivery of your parcel.

  • Home delivery in Europe

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy.

Return and exchange

Livoo gives you the opportunity to return products within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be intact and in its original packaging with instructions and accessories. We will take care of the returns.

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund or exchange cannot be made.

  •  In the case of a refund, this is processed within 8 days of receipt of the return. Your refund will be credited to your credit card within 5 to 10 working days after the refund has been validated.
